Mark Erickson, President

Born and raised in Hudson, Wisconsin, Mark earned his degree from St. Olaf College in Northfield, Minnesota, before getting into the residential development business back in the early 80s. He started Landsted Builders, Inc. in 1986, when he saw a need for a high-quality custom builder in the St. Croix Valley. The company name was changed to Landsted Homes in 1993.  In 2003, Landsted Homes, Inc. was dissolved, and Mark and his wife, Karin, started Landsted, LLC.  Mark's commitment to integrity, superior design, and customer service has paid off by creating hundreds of satisfied customers and beautiful homes throughout western Wisconsin and the eastern Twin Cities Metro area. It is his goal to provide Landsted clients with the finest product and most comprehensive homebuilding process in the industry.  Mark is a licensed builder and real estate broker in Wisconsin and Minnesota.

Chris Adams, Production Manager

Chris, a Hudson native, was hired by Mark Erickson in 1995.  During the ensuing years Chris has learned the business from the ground up.  In 2003, when Erickson started Landsted, LLC, he asked Adams to join him in the Production Manager position.  A graduate of the University of Wisconsin at River Falls, Chris brings dedication and enthusiasm to his position each day.  You will find Chris highly organized, articulate, and dedicated to using the finest materials and craftsmen to minimize warranty callbacks and provide for our clients a great product and a superior value. 
Chris is not satisfied until a project is done…and done right.

Jean DeLao, CFO

Jean joined our company to replace CFO emeritus Joel Moore, whom we all miss.  Jean earned her degree in accounting form St. Paul College.  With 16 years of corporate financial management experience, she was experienced when she came here.  She is more experienced, now.  Very well organized with great number and people skills, Jean helps keep the draws, and company in general running smoothly.  Jean is a big colts fan, and very creative.   The opposite of the traditional accountant stereotype, Jean is an excellent artist.  Check out some of her paintings in our model homes.

Doug Drafall, Job Superintendent

Doug was hired by Erickson in 1993 as a draftsman. He earned his degree in drafting from Wisconsin Indianhead Technical College in Rice Lake, Wisconsin, and began working for Landsted Homes, Inc. in that capacity. It soon became apparent, however, that Doug's true interest was in the field. He has developed into a talented and experienced job superintendent. Erickson also asked Doug to join his team when forming Landsted, LLC in 2003.  Doug has extensive hands-on experience in virtually all facets of the building process, from excavation through finish. His drafting degree gives him a breadth unusual in this position. He is a detail-oriented team player, charged with the responsibility of keeping the jobs running smoothly and on schedule. Doug also is in charge of our warranty program. You will find him someone you can count on, and a pleasure to work with.

Teri Larsen, Interior Designer

Teri, an honors graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Stout, has been designing interiors for Landsted through our House Calls division since 2003.  Prior to working for Landsted Teri worked for BDH & Young Interiors in Edina, Minnesota.  Teri has great sense of color, and her creativity and attentive and easy going manner endear her to our clients.  Her work has been featured in several of our award winning homes.  She is a professional member of ASID and holds NCIDQ certificate #017937.  Teri can help with everything from paint colors to window treatments, taking the guesswork out of the selection process to finish your project beautifully.

Steve West, Designer

Steve received his bachelor's degree in landscape architecture, graduating with honors from Iowa State University at Ames in 1989. Since that time he worked on designing residential developments before gravitating towards architectural drafting, illustrating, and residential design. Steve understands structure very well, and is a master at interpreting the lifestyle needs and tastes of our clients on paper. Steve joined Landsted Homes, Inc. in 1995, after several years with Putman Planning and Design and the Charles Cudd Company. Detail oriented and very well organized, Steve leaves nothing to chance, no questions unasked--or unanswered.  West also accepted a position with Landsted, LLC in 2003.  Steve’s best quality from a design standpoint is his ability to listen. He has designed all Landsted, LLC homes, as well as four Reggie award winners in the past six years.

Pam Noble, Sales and Marketing Manager

I am proud to introduce Pam Noble, our new Sales and Marketing Manager.  Pam brings a wealth of experience and enthusiasm to her position.  She has experience in new construction, and spent the last several years as an exclusive Buyers Agent for Edina Realty.  Her experience in this capacity gives Pam a unique perspective.  She loves working with clients, helping them get the home they really want at a price they can afford.  Pam is committed to providing the finest in customer service.  You will find her professional, friendly, creative, easy to talk to, and lots of fun to work with.  Give Pam a call or visit her in one of our models soon.  You won’t be disappointed.
