process by listening to your wants, needs, and expectations. We ask the

As the homeowners,
you are an integral part of our design team. We start by considering the
site plan for proper building orientation to maximize environmental
factors such as views, privacy, sun angle, wind, drainage, etc. Then we
design functional floor plans that make sense both for your home-site
and your family's lifestyle. (See our

and for answers to frequently asked questions.)
Landsted, LLC is
well versed in many architectural styles. Using your input, our
designers will create an exterior that blends your personal style to the
site, whether country estate or traditional neighborhood. Our interior
designers work with you to see that your home's interior is consistent
with its exterior, and reflects your personal tastes, budget, and
lifestyle. Each kitchen in a Landsted home is custom designed with your
lifestyle in mind. It is this attention to detail that will truly make
