We hope you are enjoying the rollercoaster of a spring we have
been experiencing.
It feels like we are getting more traffic and
interest in our homes of late, and that has been confirmed by statistics
from the Wisconsin Realtors Association…home sales are up significantly
from the first quarter of 2009!
This is truly a great time to build.
Interest rates are near record lows, lots are cheap and
plentiful, and construction costs are down substantially.
We have developed several exciting new plans here
at Landsted, some of which allow us to build at a lower price point.
Also, with the rapidly expanding products and technology
available, I am proud to say that the homes we are building now are both
more energy efficient and less expensive!
Our company now offers a series of products which
offer substantial long-term energy savings.
These products allow our clients to better manage their long-term
energy costs, help preserve our precious resources and environment, and
help to make your home more comfortable.
We’d be happy to provide you with a list of the various
energy-efficient, healthy home and sustainable products we recommend.

Landsted offers many wonderful home-sites in the
developments below, as well as others throughout the east-metro area.
Most of these developments are offering
significant price reductions
on lots for a limited time.
All feature privacy, proximity to small town shopping and dining, and an
easy commute to the metro area.
We are very familiar with other home-site opportunities in the

Willow Trails is our newest
neighborhood. We are
offering custom home packages in this beautiful rural setting, starting
in the high $200’s. Our
first model, the Prairie View, is a ranch plan facing south into the
woods. We also are beginning our Riverfront model soon, priced in the
high $ 400’s, right on the Willow River.
This beautiful development features miles of hiking trails, and
private access to the Willow River
for fishing and canoeing. It
is located between Hudson and New Richmond, only 15 minutes from the Hudson Bridge.
Children will attend New Richmond schools.
Indigo Ponds, five miles
east of Hudson, is a wonderful neighborhood.

The 53 lots share miles of trails and beautiful spring-fed ponds
suitable for canoeing, fishing, and swimming.

Indigo Ponds is within the excellent Hudson
