We hope you are enjoying the winter wonderland we are currently
experiencing. It feels like
we are getting more traffic and interest in our homes of late, and that
has been confirmed by statistics from the Wisconsin Realtors
Association…home sales are up over 25% from the fourth quarter of 2008!
This is truly a great time to build.
Interest rates are near record lows, construction costs are down
substantially, and the
first-time and continuing federal
homeowner tax credits are
icing on the cake, although these credits will expire shortly.

We have developed several exciting new plans here
at Landsted, some of which allow us to build at a lower price point.

Landsted offers many wonderful home-sites in the

Most of these developments are offering

Willow Trails is our newest
neighborhood. We are
offering custom home packages in this beautiful rural setting, starting
in the high $200’s. Our
first model, the Prairie View, is a ranch plan facing south into the
woods. It will be completed
by late spring. We also are
beginning our Riverfront model soon, priced in the $ 500’s, right on the
Willow River.
This beautiful development features miles of hiking trails, and

Willow
River for fishing and
canoeing. It is located
between Hudson and New Richmond, only 15 minutes from the Hudson Bridge.
